The Bidglide website is a customer-account management site, where Licensees of Bidglide Software register and manage their accounts. Additionally, the site is used by Licensees to download Bidglide Software and documentation. By using the Bidglide website, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

By accessing any part of the Website or purchasing Services, you agree to be bound by and have accepted this Privacy Policy in full. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, then you may not use the Website.

Bidglide reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting revised terms. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes to the Privacy Policy and your continuing to access to the Website indicates your acceptance of any current Privacy Policy.

Collection of your Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. Users are under no obligation to provide any requested information, but without it Bidglide may not be able to take the action requested. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use the Services available on the Site. These may include: (a) registering for an account on our Site with a first and last name and E-mail address; (b) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (c) sending us an email message; (d) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our Site. Initial and recurring payments for License Fees (subscriptions) are supported by “WooCommerce” ( in coordination with “Stripe” ( and PayPal ( When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. When you submit card information using our payment form, this data is sent to Stripe. When using a card, limited payment information is stored by Bidglide, including the card type, last 4 digits, and expiration date. When checking out with PayPal, the Bidglide website will direct you to PayPal.

These credit card processing companies have different privacy policies over which the Company has no control. You are responsible for review and acceptance of each such privacy policy.

When purchasing a Bidglide License Subscription we need to generate an encrypted “License Key” which will be provided to you. This License Key will only work on one device. Existing Licensees can regenerate License Keys when logged into the website. To generate a License Key, we require you enter your device MAC address into our website. Your MAC address is embedded into the encrypted License Key. We store your MAC address in our database for troubleshooting and record keeping purposes.

Use of your Personal Information

Bidglide collects and uses your personal information to deliver the services you have requested.

Bidglide may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Bidglide and its affiliates.

Policy on Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. The Services are not intended for children below 16 and Bidglide does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such persons to register with the Services. If you are under the age of 16, please do not submit any personal information through the Website.
